Initial Audit
The initial audit may be
immediately followed by the
granting of the CET, or
provide a "Gap Result". An
organization can apply for
no more than two initial
audits within a five-year
period.
The initial audit evaluates:

Basic cultural system
management documentation

Degree of interactual
effectiveness in the
cultural system
-
Degree of cultural
leadership effectiveness
-
Degree of effectiveness
in HR administrative
processes

Gap Result
Establishes gaps between
target culture and actual
culture. The project leader
issues the Gap result. If
the result provides
sufficient elements for a "Certifying
Result", documentation is
sent to the Certifying
Committee of the CEC. |

Implantation
Is the process of
implementing all actions
intended to take current
cultural system to target
cultural system and
certification? |

Follow-up Audit
Confirms that the current
cultural system meets
global-effectiveness
criteria for certification.
The follow-up audit is
implemented after initial
audit. And implementation
stages. |

Final Result
The Certifying Committee
issues a final decision
based on initial audit or
follow-up audit results. If
an organization receives a
negative grade on a final
result, it must wait for 36
months to apply for
certification again. |
